On Thursday 21st June

The Summer solstice represents the peak of the solar year. It is the longest day and nature opens its heart to the sunshine and allows its energy to penetrate to the core.

Summer represents the time of "Fire" or heart" energy. The summer solstice is the time of maximum heart Energy.

Learn how to open your heart centre with meditations from different traditions that will help you to give and receive loving Energy to and from your heart.

The meditation session is to be held at
Wake House, North Road, Bourne Lincs PE10 9AE
On
Thursday 21st June From 10:00 to 12:00

The cost is £14.00 payable in advance

The session is open to all but you must pre-book.
No prior knowledge of meditation is required.

The meditation will be seated either on the floor or on a chair, whichever you prefer.

There will be some gentle loosening up exercises but these are not compulsory and you will be guided on the easiest and safest way to perform any exercises.
